automatic welding (ABB robots), semi-automatic and manual welding of stainless steel and other materials

We produce wide range of products, including very complicated parts of exhaust systems. Our big competitive advantage is very high European quality for very competitive price due to high standards of technical workers and lower cost of labor in the Czech Republic.

Autometal closely cooperates with one of the leading catalytic substrates producer – Ecocat Oy, Finland

AUTOMETAL has a wide experience with production of: catalytic converters for cars - OPEL, MITSUBISHI, HYUNDAI, FORD, VOLKSWAGEN, catalytic converters for heavy duty vehicles – trucks, coaches & buses, power-train engines as a supplier to MAN, IVECO, TEDOM and Volvo Power Train France. We are very experienced in Diesel Particulate Filters. We are testing our own design of active diesel particulate filter that has been developed together with Mitsubishi.
